Celebrate your wedding, birthday or family occasion with us at Olinda Tea House, or bring your colleagues together for a corporate seminar, Christmas party or networking event. Our restaurant and event spaces sit among gardens and forest in the Dandenong Ranges, offering a peaceful setting for occasions with a personal touch.

Choose a private room for a smaller gathering, a dedicated function space, the alfresco area or a garden setting for high tea. Our Functions package for 2026–27 includes private VIP rooms, garden areas, a Sunroom and a semi-private Central Area. The Sunroom can accommodate 150 standing or 80 seated guests, while Garden 3 accommodates 70 standing or 60 seated. Our Alfresco Area has a maximum of 48 guests. Each area has its own booking sessions, menu options and minimum spend, so we can help you find a suitable combination.

For exclusive wedding venue hire, we offer our indoor and outdoor spaces for up to 160 standing or 140 seated guests. Smaller room bookings and whole-venue arrangements overlap and their capacities should not be added together. You can exchange vows in our sheltered Sunroom or explore an outdoor ceremony setting, then celebrate with your guests over a meal.

Our contemporary Asian fusion dining, banquet menus, canapés and signature high tea give you a choice of event formats. A fully licensed bar, beverage packages and bar-tab arrangements are available. Tell us about allergies and dietary requirements when choosing your menu. Off-street secure parking for about 100 cars helps your guests arrive together.
