Event Venue & 18-Hole Course in Northbridge
The venue accommodates corporate golf days, team building events, wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, engagement parties, business lunches, end-of-year functions, community gatherings and fundraisers. Team building activities include Ambrose/scramble formats, nearest-the-pin challenges, putting competitions, beat-the-pro contests, team putting relays, scavenger tasks and mixed-format tournaments – all designed to suit groups with mixed golf abilities.
The clubhouse, built in 1938 in Inter-war Georgian Revival style, features a function room with views over the course and Middle Harbour. The restaurant operates 7 days a week for lunch and Friday evenings for dinner, serving both members and visitors. The venue is located within 15 minutes of Sydney CBD and offers convenient parking, making it accessible for North Shore businesses and local groups. The scenic setting, well-maintained course and approachable hospitality create an atmosphere suited to both golf-focused events and social celebrations.

The heritage Art Deco clubhouse, great food, and reasonable green fees make it a standout on Sydney's North Shore.
I've been going to the Northbridge Golf Club for about 35 years. I have to say, it's never looked better than it does now. I'd also like to compliment the staff and the catering – everyone is really friendly and provides great service. I've been to lots of events at the club and always had a great time.
Northbridge golf club was a great experience. They were very accomodating to booking a round with family as I was down from Queensland. The course and facilities where excellent, the day was enjoyable and the clubhouse was very nice and spacious for the after round beverage.
Everyone says your Wedding Day should be the happiest day of your life, well with the help of Northbridge Golf Club, that dream became reality for Michael & myself. From the Greenskeeper Luke and “Dad’s Army” who made the putting area and lawn look amazing for our Ceremony, to the chef who put together a flawless and delicious menu for us and Jack and the functions team, who were amazing to work with and just delivered from start to finish. A huge thanks to Northbridge Golf Club, Functions, Office, Pro Shop and Bar Staff who made our Wedding Day magical. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough!
Probably the best public course that is close to the CBD and pricing is quite reasonable for the quality of the course. The views from some of the holes will take your breath away. But if not, walking up some of the hills might! Definitely hire a cart if mobility is an issue for you but otherwise it’s a great overall workout. Course is fairly short and par 64 but commands accuracy so plays a lot more difficult than the slope rating suggests. Definitely check your ego at the door and play smart golf as course management is more important than distance off the tees. Pace of play is decent. Around 4 hours for 18 at the busiest of times and much quicker if you’re playing at the book ends of the day. Great member community so highly recommended to join if you are considering.
