Japanese-inspired private dining and celebrations in Windsor
Level One gives your group a whole floor to itself, with a private bar, amenities and surround sound. It accommodates 23 to 32 seated guests along one table, or 30 to 70 standing. The space is offered for birthdays, office celebrations, engagements, Christmas gatherings and intimate weddings, with food and drinks arranged for your occasion.
The Miyagi Backroom sits behind the main dining room and retains the buzz of the restaurant while giving your group a more personal setting. It suits long lunches and cocktail-style occasions, accommodating 22 to 36 guests seated or 50 to 90 standing. These are separate booking options; their capacities should not be added together as one event-room maximum.
Our food takes inspiration from the flavours of Japan, including the Salmon Nori Taco that helped establish Mr. Miyagi’s style. Discuss your event menu, beverage arrangements and dietary needs with the team. We can cater for many dietary requirements, including vegan guests, when notified during booking.
External food and drinks are not accepted, including celebration cakes. Let us know if you are celebrating so we can discuss an alternative. A smart-casual dress code applies, and booking terms vary between private events, booths and standard restaurant reservations.

Loose lunch. Food was good. Cocktails as well, did not skimp on the alcohol. Good value.
I had my birthday dinner in the room on Level 1 and from the moment we arrived, the staff couldn't do enough for us. The food was amazing - great portions and absolutely delicious. But what made it a great night was the staff - they were all so nice and friendly and really went the extra mile for our large group
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fantastic Dining Experience at Mr. Miyagi! We had such a wonderful evening at Mr. Miyagi! From the moment we arrived, we loved the atmosphere, the vibrant vibe and the overall experience. It’s the perfect spot for a date night, a special occasion, or simply a beautiful night out enjoying great food. We started our evening with cocktails, including the Blossom on Cherry and the Yuki Makes a Porno, which were a lovely way to kick things off. We were also treated to complimentary salmon nori tacos, which were absolutely delicious — fresh, light, refreshing and packed with flavour. The perfect start to our meal! Next came the prawn roll, which was crispy, crunchy and full of flavour. Although small, every bite was delicious and left us wanting more. The beef short ribs were another standout — beautifully tender, perfectly cooked and packed with flavour in every bite. The Miso Mundi barramundi was light, delicate and absolutely delectable. We also ordered the Mr. Beans, which had a delicious barbecue-style char and a beautiful smoky flavour, along with Japanese rice to complete our meal. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented and full of flavour. You could really appreciate the quality of the food and the care that went into each dish. What made the evening even better was the amazing service. The staff were attentive, welcoming and made the whole experience feel special. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Mr. Miyagi. Great food, delicious cocktails, outstanding service and an atmosphere full of energy.
