We offer function spaces for corporate and social events, with catering, bars and technical facilities that can be arranged around your plans. Onsite accommodation also gives travelling guests the option to stay close to the event.

The full Longitude Room accommodates up to 700 cocktail guests or 300 seated. It has a private bar, two stage areas, two dance floors, AV facilities, a private entrance and an outdoor smoking area. A soundproof divider allows a smaller configuration for 400 standing or 140 seated guests. The Victory Room is another section of this space, with room for 300 cocktail guests, 120 seated or 120 in theatre style. These are alternative and overlapping room configurations, so their capacities should not be added together.

For a smaller dinner or meeting, our Boardroom provides a projector and screen. Published capacities differ between the function page and event packs, so confirm the required seated arrangement with us before booking. We can help match the room to a meeting, training day, seminar, presentation or private meal.

Choose from canapés, platters, set menus or buffets for a social event. Corporate options include breakfast and half-day or full-day arrangements, with catering and AV inclusions depending on the package. Discuss dietary needs in advance; our kitchens cannot guarantee that meals are free from traces of allergens.
