Plan your wedding, conference or private celebration at Manningham Hotel in Bulleen. We offer flexible function rooms, catering and an events team to help organise your occasion. The building's Roman-inspired design, entrance waterfall and reception foyer provide a distinctive arrival before guests move into the space chosen for your event.

For a larger gathering, the Grand Ballroom accommodates 400 guests in theatre style or 70 in a U-shape, with a cabaret option for 200. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light, while bar areas and a parquetry dance floor support social celebrations. A soundproof dividing wall allows the ballroom to become the Ben Nevis and Springbank rooms. These are configurations within the ballroom, rather than extra capacity to add to it.

The Clarendon Room offers a more compact setting, with 150 theatre, 60 classroom or 40 U-shape places. It can also be divided into three breakouts for up to 30 guests each. The K Bar provides a private lounge-and-bar setting for cocktail parties. For a relaxed larger gathering, the Sports Bar offers a stage, AV, pool tables and access to a shared smoking courtyard, with a direct entrance from the car park.

Corporate room-hire arrangements for the Ballroom and Clarendon can include a projector and screen, lectern, microphones and Wi-Fi. Catering options include breakfast, tea breaks, sandwiches, wraps and finger food, with dietary requirements discussed in advance. We also offer arrangements for after-funeral gatherings.
