Our bar and grill offers a lush, contemporary setting inside Collins Square, with flexible indoor and outdoor areas, tailored food and drinks and an events team to help plan the occasion. We welcome birthdays, engagements, product launches, networking events and Christmas celebrations.

Choose the Atrium for a light-filled setting with louvered glass windows, high ceilings and greenery. It accommodates up to 70 guests cocktail-style and includes access to presentation AV and a large projector screen. The Oasis provides a smaller lounge-style setting for groups of up to 50, with its own bar and a focus on relaxed conversation and networking.

For a larger event, discuss half-venue or exclusive hire with our team. These options provide dedicated areas and flexible arrangements, but the final guest capacity needs to be confirmed against your event date and floor plan. Our team can help match the right booking configuration to your guest list without treating overlapping spaces as additional independent rooms.

Corporate bookings include built-in projectors, cordless microphones and high-speed Wi-Fi, with a DJ-ready sound system available for the full venue. Food and beverage packages range from cocktail canapés to dining options, and dietary needs can be discussed before the event. Our current menu includes vegetarian and vegan choices alongside bar-and-grill favourites.

Children are welcome to dine with a parent or guardian. Accessible venue and bathroom access is available via the Commonwealth Bank entrance on Collins Street.
