Highlands Hotel

Plan a conference, corporate function, wedding reception or birthday celebration at Highlands Hotel in Craigieburn. We offer two distinct event settings: the Atrium within our buffet dining environment and the private upstairs Terrace Room. Your choice of space and menu shapes the style of your occasion.

For a more casual group meal, the Atrium provides an exclusive area beside the buffet servery, with seating for up to 60 guests. Atrium function bookings have a minimum of 40 adults. You remain part of the hotel's dining atmosphere while having a designated area for your group.

The Terrace Room offers a private upstairs setting with its own indoor-outdoor bar and separate bathroom facilities. An adjoining terrace includes lounge seating, a fireplace, a television and views towards the Melbourne skyline. The space accommodates up to 110 guests for a sit-down event or 300 for a cocktail-style celebration, with a minimum of 60 adults for upstairs functions.

Our function menus include canapés, formal dining and private buffet options. We also offer delegate-day arrangements for conferences and corporate events, including working-lunch choices. Vegetarian selections and children's meals are available within the function offering.

Please discuss decorations, external suppliers and entertainment before your event. Eighteenth birthdays are not accepted. Security is required for upstairs functions with 100 or more guests and for all twenty-first birthdays. Outside food and drinks need management approval, and special-effects equipment such as smoke machines, sparklers and flares is prohibited.
