Plan your next breakfast meeting, private dinner, team gathering or cocktail event with us at Henry and the Fox. Our Melbourne CBD restaurant combines contemporary Australian cooking with European influences, a private dining room and relaxed outdoor spaces, giving you several ways to bring your guests together.

The Fox’s Den is a private room for long lunches, boardroom-style meetings and cocktail events, with capacity for up to 70 seated or 80 standing guests. Our Restaurant accommodates up to 120 seated or 120 standing guests for exclusive hire. The Little Collins Terrace offers a private bar, heating and space for up to 60 seated or 75 standing guests. Collins Lane Alfresco accommodates up to 60 standing guests for drinks, canapés and networking.

For larger celebrations and launches, you can enquire about exclusive use of the entire venue. We advertise event capacities up to 210 guests overall; the final whole-venue capacity and configuration must be confirmed for your occasion. The individual spaces and whole-venue option overlap and cannot be totalled.

Choose shared dining, individually selected dishes, roaming canapés, grazing dishes or food stations. We offer vegan menus and can discuss other dietary requirements, alongside beverage packages or an agreed on-consumption bar tab. Our 2026 festive menus are available from 30 November to 20 December, with sit-down and cocktail formats for Christmas celebrations.

For a more interactive team experience, ask about our private chef-led cooking masterclasses. A television and corded microphone can be hired, and additional audiovisual equipment or live entertainment can be sourced. Tell us your event format, dietary needs and preferred timings so we can confirm your space, menu and minimum spend.
