The Garden, on the ground floor, accommodates 10–204 guests (100 seated, 150 cocktail, 54 alfresco) and provides an indoor-outdoor space with water views. Both venues feature a weatherproof vergola roof that opens and closes, heating, and are fully wheelchair accessible. The venue suits corporate events, conferences, birthday celebrations, networking receptions, launch parties, and wedding receptions. On-site catering is included, with menus featuring fresh seafood, signature cocktails, and seasonal offerings. A marina service delivers food and beverages directly to boats moored at Cockle Bay Wharf. The venue is available seven days a week with late-night licensing and offers flexible furniture layouts and entertainment options including live DJs for exclusive hires.
