The venue specializes in interactive food and cocktail experiences, having hosted over 40,000 participants in public and private classes. Offerings include Festa Italiana (Italian cooking and cocktail making), Cocktail and Dumpling (cocktail mixing and dumpling preparation), Cocktail and Feast (cocktail making paired with a multi-course menu), and Dumpling Only Class. Private experiences are available daily from 11am and can be tailored for corporate events, celebrations and team building activities with a minimum of 10 guests.
The venue accommodates various dietary requirements with advance notice and operates as both a dining establishment and experiential event space.

Had such an amazing time doing cocktail making and making gyozas! Shout out to Max who was a great at running the class and me and the girls had so much fun! The staff were all amazing and everyone that did it had such a fun night! Definitely great for a date night or to do something with the girls !!

Had an awesome night at Hamilton in Potts Point. Came for a fun school trivia night and the vibe was spot on, great energy, well run and genuinely enjoyable. Staff were excellent, super friendly and on top of everything, and the food was seriously delicious. Will definitely be back.
Had an amazing time at Hamilton where our family took part in the cocktail and dumpling making class. Our host Dan made the experience even better with lots of interesting insight throughout. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!
