The venue accommodates corporate events, birthday celebrations, milestone events, school social gatherings, reunions, memorials, and large-scale functions. Each space includes private bars, bathrooms, and audio-visual capabilities. The Northern Courtyard offers all-day sunlight and sunset views, while the Southern Courtyard features undercover awnings, fire pits, and heating. The venue offers no room hire or service fees for exclusive hire bookings.
Catering includes pub food, canapé packages (ranging from $40–$50 per person), live cooking stations (paella and dumpling stations), grazing tables, and beverage packages with wine, beer, and soft drinks. Additional services include DJ equipment hire, security arrangements, and free parking after 4pm at the adjacent Greenwood Plaza carpark with ticket validation.

Caught up with a friend mid-week for lunch and the venue was busy. This was a great sign. Staff were also friendly and able to advise on what is popular to eat. Lots of workers during the Monday to Friday block, less busy on the weekends.
The schnitzel was quite good — juicy, well cooked, and had a nice flavour. The mash had a slightly different taste, but overall it was enjoyable. The portion was generous and came with everything you’d expect. Overall, a solid schnitzel.
So much fun at The Greenwood Line dancing with Josh Talbot! They seated us close and looked after us with the knowledge we needed disability provisions!
5 stars all round! The Greenwood has fast become one of my favourite places to frequent in Sydney. So easy to get to as it’s right above North Sydney station and also a Wilson parking (free if you’re a patron of the hotel). Discovered the Greenwood on account of the free, beginner friendly line dancing every Tuesday night. Such a stellar atmosphere and a great way to meet people, have a laugh and a dance under the fairy lights. Can’t go wrong with a Tuesday special - $18 schnitty to fuel the body, ready for a good knees up! Plenty of other areas to sit and eat if you prefer a quieter noise level while events are happening. Staff are always professional and even when flat out busy, it doesn’t take too long to be served or to collect your decent food. 10/10 recommend!
