Garçon is a catering provider specialising in French-inspired corporate events and functions across Sydney. The service operates from Shop 5, The Canopy in Lane Cove and also at Tramsheds in Forest Lodge, offering flexible half-day and full-day catering packages designed for offices, conferences, meetings, and corporate celebrations.

The provider delivers within a 10 km radius from Lane Cove and Sydney CBD, with a minimum spend of $300 for delivery orders (pick-up orders have no minimum). Garçon offers multiple package tiers including Essential and Premium Half-Day packages starting at $38.50 per person, Essential and Premium Full-Day packages from $49.50 per person, and specialised offerings such as breakfast buffets, lunch boxes, salad bars, and canapé selections ranging from $36 to $60 per person. All packages include freshly brewed coffee and assorted tea throughout the day.

Menus feature seasonal cuisine with accommodation for dietary requirements, and bespoke menus can be created upon request. Additional services include the availability of staff and chefs for hire. The venue also hosts private functions, Christmas parties, end-of-year events, and bottomless brunch experiences, with set lunch menus at $55 per person and dinner set menus at $61 per person available for groups.
