The property features two main reception venues: The Barn, accommodating 20 to 60 guests with a fireplace, rustic chandeliers, pool table, festoon lighting, lounge area, and full air conditioning; and The Majestic Marquees, suitable for 60 to 120 guests with two completely floored marquees, Italian crystal chandelier, separate bar area, and dance floor with lake views. Multiple ceremony locations are available, including The Arbour, The Somersby Pebble, The Rotunda, and The Pavilion for wet weather ceremonies.
On-site accommodation comprises two elegantly styled homes accommodating up to 18 guests total. The Heritage House features a bridal suite, three additional bedrooms, three bathrooms, swimming pool, and landscaped gardens. The Cottage, a renovated former milking shed, offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern kitchen, and lake views. The property includes award-winning curated gardens, a sandstone-edged lake, and operates its own Clydesdale horse stud with imported carriages available for ceremonial transport. External catering from an approved suppliers list is required.

Very attractive bushland setting, manicured lawns and garden with a large pond, out of the way but easy to find none the less, staff were great, pleasant and very efficient in equal measure. Highly recommend if you're after a non church setting for your wedding.
Our wedding at Fernbank Farm was nothing short of magical. From the moment we first visited, we knew it was somewhere special, but the experience we had exceeded every expectation. Meg and Esther were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made everything feel effortless. Esther in particular was incredible, she truly brought our vision to life in a way that felt even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Every detail was considered, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The accommodation on-site is stunning. Thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and perfect for creating a relaxed, intimate experience across the whole wedding weekend. It allowed us and our loved ones to really settle in and soak up every moment together. And the setting itself… Fernbank Farm is simply breathtaking. The natural beauty of the location creates the most incredible backdrop, whether it’s for the ceremony, photos, or just quiet moments in between. It has this rare combination of elegance and warmth that makes it feel both luxurious and deeply personal. We feel so grateful to have celebrated such an important moment in a place that is so special, with a team who truly care about what they do. We couldn’t recommend Fernbank Farm more highly.
Fernbank farms was mine and my wife's wedding venue for the weekend just passed. Sensational venue and the best people imaginable to have helped us and organise the day. Manager, owner and staff went above and beyond to cater to our every request and need. From initial planning to on the day. We couldn't have asked for a better day and we got so many compliments from our guests saying the venue was incredible and was one of the best weddings they have been to in recent times. Cannot recommend Fernbank Farms and their lovely staff enough. 5+ stars
When you decide to have a wedding, it really does become a whirlwind of emotions. You have ideas and a vision and you need to find a space that is as magical as you envision. Fernbank Farm is not just a beautiful venue, it is incredible. The different sites, the greenery, the animals, the water features, it is truly something else. We opted to have our dinner under the arbour, which even in the cold was flawless. The perfect venue is only one of the struggles a bride to be faces, the next is ensuring that the wedding coordinator understands your vision, makes time for you and answers all your questions. Esther at Fernbank is wonderful, genuine, honest and goes above and beyond to make sure you and your partner have the best possible day. Esther, has a warm, down to earth personality and it is so evident through how the day goes that she truly puts her heart and soul into making your wedding day memorable. She even helped with a dress malfunction I had! I can’t recommend the venue highly enough but what really made the difference was Esther and the team.
