Father's Office Downtown - Flinders Lane

Bring your birthday, engagement, hens celebration or corporate gathering to Father's Office Downtown on Flinders Lane. We offer private dining rooms, a main dining area and our basement Follies Bar, so you can choose a setting that fits both your group and the style of your event. Our location is only a short walk from Flinders Street Station and the Swanston Street trams.

For a smaller celebration, Pink Delight welcomes 10 to 22 guests on the ground level. Its pink crane wallpaper and feather chandeliers create a distinctive backdrop for a birthday dinner or hens gathering. The basement Emerald Room hosts 10 to 18 guests and opens onto our courtyard, with crystal chandeliers, Tiffany wall sconces and a marble dining table.

Our Main Dining Room suits seated functions for 30 to 40 guests, with blue velvet booth seating, a pressed metal ceiling and Venetian plaster walls. For a larger group, Follies Bar accommodates 50 to 150 guests, with seating for 50. The heated courtyard can host up to 40 guests, including 21 seated, while the Grand Central main bar area suits groups of 12 to 24.

Choose from three-course set menus, canapés and drinks arrangements, with no separate room-hire fee. Our event menus include options for Christmas celebrations, and our functions team can explain what is available for your preferred date. You can discuss a private dinner, a bigger social gathering or a corporate event and select the room and menu that work together.
