Bring your next birthday, engagement, Christmas celebration or corporate event to Deer Park Hotel. We offer private function spaces, food and beverage choices, and a team that can help tailor the setup to your occasion. Our function options also include training days and after-funeral gatherings, giving you a choice of settings for both social and business events.

The Park Room has its own entrance, private bathrooms and a stocked bar. A projector, microphone and Bluetooth speaker support speeches and presentations, while an outdoor smoking area is available. Our current function pack lists room for 100 cocktail guests, with seated arrangements for 80 to 100 discussed separately. For a smaller occasion, the Cocktail Bar is listed for up to 40 cocktail guests in that pack. Please confirm the selected space and layout with us before booking.

Choose platters, a set menu or a buffet, depending on your event. Dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice. Corporate arrangements can include Wi-Fi, a whiteboard, a projector and screen, tea and coffee, and catering throughout the day. Memorial packages provide a more considered setting with food, staff and a gift or memorial table.

We have onsite parking and separate room entrances to help your guests arrive. Room hire and minimum food-and-beverage spends may apply, with public-holiday surcharges and security charges for some events.
