Creative studio offering drop-in craft sessions
The studio hosts regular classes and workshops led by professional instructors, covering topics such as watercolour marine life terms, live music and craft evenings, and specialised workshops in ceramics, tarot-inspired art, and pumpkin carving. An after-school club operates for children aged 6–9, offering screen-free creative sessions with structured multi-week projects.
Private events are available for groups of 6 to 32 guests, with each participant selecting their own craft activity. The venue also offers gift vouchers and craft passes valid for 12 months. A projector is available for events. Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks and snacks for private bookings.

Craft & Soul is described again and again as a warm, relaxed escape in Manly where creativity flows freely—whether painting pottery, making clay, or trying resin and candle workshops. Customers consistently praise the friendly, helpful staff (Imogen and Julie get special mentions), cozy atmosphere with great music, and generous range of activities suited to all skill levels. Many return with friends, family, or kids, calling it affordable, relaxing, and perfect for birthdays, dates, or solo unwinding.
We were well looked after. The booking process was simple, the options broad and the whole experience was enjoyable with my daughter.
Had booked a 10-12pm session for school holidays- a jewellery making session. Kids had completed the activity within 30mins, then were told they were unable to carry on (as they had used their quota of supplies). I was informed I could either collect them early or book (and pay) for another ‘session’ to occupy the time. Not super impressed at all with this. What is advertised was not delivered, and turned out to be a very expensive session. Shame, as I have previously had good experiences with craft and soul. Edited the add that the craft and soul team were great at responding to this- and will ensure that the inclusions/expectations of future bookings will be clearer for customers - Really really appreciate that so much, Thank you
A wonderful, warm space for a few hours of creative escape. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for all those who love arts/crafts!
