Common House

Bring your workshop, music performance, art exhibition or brand activation to Common House in Glendenning, Western Sydney. We offer a multi-format creative space where organisers, artists and production teams can bring their ideas together. For education sessions, tutorials and Q&As, our space can accommodate a seated room of up to 40 guests. This is a seated event limit, not a confirmed standing capacity.

Our facilities include a cyclorama photography and production stage, dance facilities, a professional recording studio, coworking desks and a practice DJ booth. Use the production stage for photography, film, music videos or set-based projects, or bring your dancers together for rehearsals, choreography and performances. We also host cultural events and dance battles, with arrangements tailored to the technical, spatial and creative needs of your project.

The production setup includes a 4.5 by 4.5 metre cyclorama and a five-metre-high truss system, with lighting options, props and paper backdrops. Dance facilities include modular mirrors and a sound system. Our equipment list includes projectors, event speakers, wireless microphones and DJ equipment; please discuss the setup you need when planning your booking. Equipment usage is included in the booking price, and specialised gear can be brought in or hired through our supplier network.

Choose a two-hour quick session, four-hour half-day or eight-hour full-day booking. We also offer tailored arrangements for recurring classes and multi-day projects. Free onsite parking is available for guests, and our location near the M7 provides access from across Western Sydney.
