Bring your conference, meeting, Christmas celebration or special event to CommBank Stadium. Our venue combines indoor function rooms, open-air lounges and terraces with the option of a field-of-play experience. We can help you plan anything from a smaller business gathering to a large presentation using the stadium screen and grandstand seating.

Our function facilities include ten internal and nine external areas. The full Cumberland Lounge configuration, including the North and South Function Rooms, accommodates up to 700 guests in theatre or cocktail style, or 680 for a banquet. Smaller configurations are available, so you can choose the space that suits your agenda without treating every combination as a separate physical room.

Other options include the Directors Club, Field Club, Networking Lounges, outdoor terraces and private suites. The field of play supports a different scale of occasion: its published layouts allow up to 5,000 banquet or 6,000 cocktail guests. A presentation using grandstand seating can reach up to 10,000 delegates. These limits apply to different settings and should not be added together or applied to an indoor room.

Our hospitality partner GEMA Group can discuss food and beverage arrangements for your event. Function options include meetings, conferences, launches, dinners, exhibitions and school formals. Concerts, festivals and sporting-event hire require a separate discussion with the commercial team.
