About us
Private harbour celebrations aboard our two-level catamaran
Our vessel has four entertaining areas across two levels: the main-deck saloon, main-deck aft, foredeck and upper deck. These are connected areas of one boat, not four separate function rooms. Covered entertaining spaces provide shelter as you cruise past Sydney's waterfront landmarks. We accommodate up to 150 guests for cocktail-style events, while buffet-style dining is arranged for 25 to 80 guests.
You can discuss catering, drinks, decorations and entertainment with our team. Our licensed bar and full catering service support your celebration; BYO drinks and self-catering are not generally accepted. Special exceptions require prior agreement and a service fee. An upgraded BluOS sound system with Bose speakers lets you enjoy streamed music or your own playlist, and we can arrange an experienced DJ. Onboard Starlink internet and photo or video display options support connected events.
Your route and anchorage depend on the conditions and your preferences, with the captain making the final safety decisions. Please arrive ahead of your confirmed boarding time, as public wharf boarding windows are short. Our home berth is in Rozelle, but your agreed embarkation point must be confirmed for each charter. We can also arrange a vessel inspection before you plan the details.

TOP NOTCH!! Don’t even think twice about booking a cruise with Coast Cruises! 🤩 We had such an incredible experience onboard. I recently filmed a very ambitious music video with Coast Cruises on Sydney Harbour, and Kate went above and beyond to help us pull it off. We had a large group onboard, dancers, actors, performers and A LOT of moving parts, and Coast was so accommodating, professional and helpful throughout the entire experience. The boat looked absolutely stunning on camera, and cruising through Sydney Harbour at night with the Harbour Bridge around us was honestly unforgettable. A massive thank you especially to Kate for all of her help, care and support in making such a special project possible. It was a huge undertaking for us and we are incredibly grateful. Absolutely Top Class. Recently had something of a milestone birthday and one of my friend's present and contribution was to do some time-consuming research on Sydney harbour Cruises for a party of 60 - 120 people. After we talked we settled on Kate and COAST Cruises and I could not be more happy with what they provided. Kate was friendly, readily contactable ( a really big plus for me ), helpful and her suggestions and advice all excellent. The staff were friendly and proficient and the food was plentiful & delicious. Kate suggestions on entertainment were top notch and I would strongly recommend ( If available ) what she suggested to us : For music DJNicky and her partner James on the Saxophone, and for entertainment the Magician / Mentalist Ophir Zenou. All three were fabulous. As the co-organiser and contact person I received a tsunami of messages from the over 100 guests on the harbour cruise complementing all of the above : Kate and Crew, Food and Service, Music and Magic.
Highly recommended Coast. Had my 40th on there recently and it was a pleasure. Communication with Kate was quick and easy. Organising extras we were bringing like balloons, a cake and DJ gear was all straight forward. The crew on the night were also great. The boat was perfect and everyone had loads of fun.
Hi Katie Just want to say thanks to you and all the crew for an unforgettable NYE party on board Coast. We were over from Northern Ireland on holiday for Xmas and NY and one thing we didn't want to miss was NYE fireworks display. We definitely made the right choice for this with Coast Cruises. The display was made even more enjoyable by your teams service, attention and friendliness of course (or craic, as we say here in NI ) A fun night had by all of us which will last long in our memories.
