Co-Conspirators Brewpub

Bring your wedding, birthday or work celebration to Co-Conspirators Brewpub in Brunswick. Our industrial-style warehouse combines natural light, timber finishes and views into the working brewhouse, creating a relaxed setting for private gatherings and larger functions. Reserve an individual area or discuss exclusive use of the venue, which accommodates up to 195 guests depending on your event arrangement.

Our Beer Hall Booths sit at the heart of the brewpub, offering semi-enclosed spaces for up to 20 seated or 35 standing guests per booth. The Family Area suits groups of up to 50, with seating for 20, while the Beer Garden offers an outdoor setting for 16 seated guests and is available until 10pm. These are alternative areas within the same venue, rather than capacities to add together.

Craft beer brewed on site is central to the experience, with 26 rotating taps alongside wine, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic options. Choose a bar tab or discuss a beverage package for your group. Food can be arranged through Green Acre Pizza, Augie's Place catering or current food pop-ups. For weddings, you may also bring your own caterer subject to approval and logistics planning.

Our wedding bookings include event planning support, bar staff, glassware, floor-plan guidance and basic AV for playlists or simple speeches. Full-venue wedding hire requires at least 90 guests. There is no separate venue hire fee for weddings; a drinks-only minimum spend applies and is tailored to your date and arrangements.
