Chelsea Heights Hotel

Plan your wedding reception, birthday, engagement celebration or corporate function at Chelsea Heights Hotel. We offer three event spaces with different scales and levels of privacy, so you can choose a setting that fits your guest list and the atmosphere you want to create.

Our private Peninsula Room brings a bar, dance floor and Bluetooth/AV together in one space. It accommodates up to 180 cocktail guests, 90 seated with a dance floor or 120 seated without one, with theatre and U-shape arrangements also available. Above the bistro, the semi-private Mezzanine has its own bar and welcomes up to 70 cocktail guests or 60 seated.

For a larger Christmas celebration, gala dinner or presentation, the Bandroom offers a dedicated stage, dance floor, private bar and bathrooms. Its alternative layouts accommodate up to 600 cocktail guests, 240 seated with a dance floor, 280 seated without a dance floor or 450 theatre-style. We will help you confirm the arrangement for your event; capacities for different layouts are not added together.

Our catering options include canapés, platters, alternate-serve set menus and buffet dining, with beverage packages and optional event extras. Selected vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes are available, and dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice. Menu and minimum-spend arrangements depend on your booking.

Elsewhere in the venue, our Family Bistro offers indoor and alfresco dining, a dedicated children's menu and a substantial play area. Whether your priority is a lively party or a shared meal with family and colleagues, our team can help coordinate the room, food and drinks around your plans.
