Can we bring our own food or drinks?

No. BYO catering and drinks are not permitted. Food and beverage packages are available.

What furniture is supplied?

Tables, chairs, cocktail tables and stools are provided without an additional furniture charge.

What AV is available?

The Sun Room has a screen, projector and sound system, with an HDMI cable. Bring your own laptop. Sound and microphones are available for the Pavilion; discuss its screen requirements separately.

Can we set up before the booking starts?

Access for setup begins at the booked time. Additional hire fees apply if earlier access is needed.

How is a booking confirmed?

Confirmation must be in writing. Payment of the quoted deposit is required according to the invoice terms.

Can the farm be included in an event?

Farm access, workshops and other experiences can be discussed with the team when planning the booking.

About us

Indoor and outdoor occasions beside an urban farm in Camperdown

Bring your wedding, corporate event or celebration to Camperdown Commons in Sydney's Inner West. Our indoor and outdoor event spaces sit beside an urban farm, offering a green setting without leaving the city. Choose the Pavilion or Sun Room, add the Courtyard, or combine the areas for a larger gathering.

The Pavilion accommodates 100 standing or 80 seated guests, with workshop arrangements for 40. The Sun Room offers 60 theatre or seated guests, 80 standing or 40 in a workshop format, with an adjacent covered outdoor deck. The Courtyard provides additional open-air space for up to 80 standing guests and is available as an add-on to the indoor or covered spaces.

Together, the Pavilion, Sun Room and Courtyard accommodate up to 260 standing or 140 seated guests. These combined limits include the individual areas and must not be added to them. Our team can help arrange the suitable layout for a small wedding, reception, birthday, Christmas gathering or business programme.

Event menus include canapés, set banquet menus, share-style dining and conference lunches, with dietary needs discussed in advance. BYO food and drinks are not permitted. Tables, chairs and event furniture are supplied, and presentation and sound facilities vary between the Sun Room and Pavilion.

Meetings, seminars, product launches and community events are also welcomed. Farm activities, workshops and tennis experiences can be discussed as additions to your programme. Ask us about availability, setup time and the arrangements for your chosen spaces.
