The upstairs room, featuring a distinctive reflective copper ceiling, can host gatherings of up to 60 people. Both spaces are designed to create memorable occasions for weddings, corporate dinners, conferences, birthdays, and celebrations.
Buon Ricordo maintains an award-winning wine list that received the maximum 3-glass ranking in the Australian Wine List of the Year Awards 2023. The wine program includes Italian producers ranging from established names to boutique wineries, complemented by selections from Australian family-owned vineyards. The restaurant hosts wine tasting dinners throughout the year featuring guest winemakers and specially curated menus. Menu options for functions include three-course and four-course selections, with pricing from 120 to 145 per person.

Buon Ricordo has outdone itself! For years I've called their truffled egg fettuccine the best plate of pasta anywhere. Turns out the only restaurant able to beat it was Buon Ricordo itself. Chef-owner David Wright's new oyster and Beluga caviar spaghetti sounded odd (oysters in pasta?), but one forkful settles it. And here's the surprise: there are no oysters lurking in the bowl. Somehow David has captured their essence and folded it into the sauce itself — a rush of ocean, deep savoury richness, a lift of lemon, olive oil and parsley, and perfectly al dente spaghetti. It's then crowned with a generous spoonful of Beluga — not a token sprinkle — enough to matter in every mouthful. A must-order. I hope it stays on the menu. Now every visit now brings the delicious agony of choosing between two sensational pasta dishes.
Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Sydney, extremely pleasant atmosphere, delicious food and the most professional and friendly service you could think of.
