For exclusive venue hire, our standard functions format accommodates up to 145 seated guests or 190 cocktail guests. Private morning breakfast and speaker events are also offered for up to 200 guests, depending on the agreed format and layout. There is no minimum guest number for morning hire, but a minimum spend applies. Confirm your programme, setup and timing with our events team.
For a shared meal, Group Dining welcomes 8–30 guests with our $120 per person Chef's Selection menu. Skyline Dining suits 31–45 guests along the windows, while Half Venue Dining offers groups of 46–60 exclusive use of one side of the rooftop for four hours. A Bar Takeover provides a roped-off area for 29–50 guests. These are alternative arrangements within the same venue and cannot be added together.
For an intimate occasion, Beverly Bespoke seats up to fourteen guests along one styled long table, with a seasonal menu at $160 per person. Group and event bookings require a curated menu, and we can discuss vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free requirements with advance notice. Drinks packages include classic, premium and alcohol-free choices, with cocktails or spirits available as upgrades.
Exclusive hire can include a DJ arranged through our team; live music is not available because of acoustic limitations. Styling and external suppliers require prior approval. We provide lift access, wheelchair-accessible seating and accessible bathrooms. Guests under eighteen must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian after 4pm.
For dedicated meeting rooms, we can coordinate separately with The Loft Workspace on other floors of Goldfields House, then welcome your group upstairs for dining or drinks. Their rooms and equipment are separate from Beverly's rooftop spaces. Nearby parking and public transport make arrival convenient; enter Goldfields House via Daly Street.

Spectacular Views, Sensational Food and an Unforgettable Melbourne Sunset! What an absolutely amazing dining experience at Beverly Rooftop in South Yarra! Located high above Chapel Street on Level 24, Beverly offers breathtaking panoramic views across Melbourne, including the city skyline, MCG, AAMI Park and surrounding suburbs. We were fortunate enough to enjoy a spectacular sunset, watching the sky transform into brilliant shades of orange, pink and gold. The views alone make this restaurant worth visiting! We chose the Chef’s Selection tasting menu, and it was sensational. Every course was beautifully prepared, creatively presented and absolutely delicious. The waitstaff were equally impressive, providing attentive, friendly and professional service that really added to the experience. With its stylish décor, wonderful atmosphere, exceptional food and incredible views, Beverly certainly delivers a memorable dining experience. If you’re visiting Melbourne, I highly recommend booking dinner around sunset. An absolute highlight of our Melbourne visit. Five stars and highly recommended!
