I recently placed a Father’s Day order (tailored whisky )with Archie, and unfortunately, the delivery arrived later than expected due to a delivery estimation issue in their website, which was disappointing as it was meant to be a special gift for the occasion- first Father’s day. However, I was really impressed with how Archie handled the situation once I raised my concerns. They took responsibility for the issue, listened to my feedback, and genuinely made an effort to turn the experience around. A special thank you to Jess, the Customer Service Manager, who was incredibly helpful, understanding and professional throughout the process. She followed up personally, kept me informed, and arranged a digital credit voucher as a gesture of goodwill. I really appreciated the way she handled everything and made me feel that my concerns were taken seriously. Most importantly, my husband absolutely loved his gift when it arrived, and thanks to Jess and the team, what started as a disappointing experience ended on a very positive
