Celebrate your wedding, birthday or corporate occasion at Arcadia Hotel in South Yarra. We offer three function spaces with private bars, catering choices and a team that can help plan and coordinate your event. From a smaller gathering to a larger party, you can choose the setting that fits your guest list and the atmosphere you want.

Our Rooftop Bar accommodates up to 150 guests on a semi-outdoor deck. A watertight retractable roof lets the space open to the breeze or provide cover, with heating for cooler weather. A private bar, sound system and plasma screen support drinks, music and photographs throughout the occasion. Please confirm the layout and arrangements for your group when booking.

Level One offers a contemporary space with an industrial character, its own bar, amenities, projection screen and dance floor. The adjoining lounge provides a place to take a break from the celebration. Our published description refers to events with around 120 guests; we can help confirm how the space should be set for your occasion.

For a more intimate event, the Lounge Bar offers a private bar, perimeter seating, adjustable LED lighting, a sound system and a large projection screen. It is listed for up to 60 guests, with the event format and furniture arrangement confirmed by our functions team.

Food can range from finger food and buffets to à la carte dining. Tell us about your catering requirements, preferred timing and any presentation or entertainment plans so we can work through the details. Venue viewings can be arranged seven days a week from midday. Our South Yarra location is on the corner of Punt and Toorak Roads, with the character of a long-established Melbourne pub and spaces designed for modern celebrations.
