The food was generally good, though a few areas felt a little off, all of them easy to fix. The bread was clearly oversized, which interrupted the flow of the meal and made the tasting dishes next to it feel especially small. A smaller portion, or slicing it and serving it with oil and vinegar for dipping, would be a better option. The meatballs were firm and dense when they should break apart easily, though the sauce was tasty, and the pasta needed more flavour. On the other hand, the fish and dessert were excellent. Drinks also well made. The wait staff were attentive and the atmosphere was great. One small fix: the stair carpet has loose threads that need trimming. Also, the restroom sign blends into the wall and is easy to miss.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely 5 stars for Arcade Bar & Club on O’Connell Street! One of the best nights out I’ve had in Sydney. The venue has an awesome atmosphere, great music, quality drinks and a really fun, energetic vibe from the moment you walk in. What really makes Arcade stand out though is the staff and service. A massive shoutout to Chris, Andre, Mark and Vel — all absolute legends. They were friendly, professional, welcoming and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing night. It’s rare to find a venue where the staff make you feel so looked after while still keeping the atmosphere fun and relaxed. You can tell there’s a great team behind this place. Whether you’re heading out for drinks, celebrating something special or looking for a big night in the city, Arcade is definitely worth checking out. We’ll absolutely be back. Thanks again to Chris, Andre, Mark, Vel and the whole Arcade team for an unforgettable night! 🔥🥂🎶 Highly recommend — easily one of my favourite spots in Sydney CBD!
