Take your next wedding, corporate occasion or private celebration onto Sydney Harbour with All Occasion Cruises. We own and operate a fleet of nine vessels, giving you a choice of settings for a birthday, company event, school formal, university occasion or a gathering with family and friends. Our event team helps you match the vessel, food, drinks and entertainment to your plans.

For a large event, Bella Vista accommodates up to 750 cocktail guests or 280 seated guests. Blue Room hosts up to 380 cocktail guests, with seated dining for 170 or 150 when a dance floor is included. Aussie Magic, our 26-metre catamaran, accommodates 200 cocktail guests or 80 seated guests. Each is a separate charter option; the fleet capacities are not added together as one event allowance.

Our yacht options include Privacy for 36 cocktail guests, Seven Star for 80, A.Q.A and Shadow for 90 each, Masteka 2 for 85 and Corroboree for 110. These figures apply to the advertised cocktail configuration. Dining, buffet and other arrangements depend on the selected vessel and need to be confirmed for your event.

We offer catering and beverages across our licensed fleet, with menus developed by our kitchen team and event coordination to help your occasion run smoothly. BYO options are only occasionally available by arrangement, so please discuss them before booking.
