Celebrate your wedding, birthday, anniversary or cultural occasion with us at Aiden Palace Reception Centre in Earlwood. Our recently renovated function hall combines new flooring, upgraded lighting and an elegant setting for family celebrations, formal dinners, conferences and seminars.

Choose a layout that suits your guests: we accommodate up to 180 people in banquet-style seating with round tables, or up to 200 with a mixed round-and-rectangular-table arrangement. These are alternative seated layouts in the same hall, not a standing capacity or two separate rooms. Our team helps plan the setup, from tables and chairs to the atmosphere for your occasion.

You can book a complete function package or choose hall-only hire. With the full-service option, catering, venue setup and post-event cleaning are organised through our team. Published catering options include Lebanese grazing, Greek menus and South Asian buffets, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices and custom menus to discuss for cultural or dietary needs.

If you already have a caterer in mind, hall-only hire lets you bring your own provider or self-cater. Our commercial kitchen is available for that arrangement, while setup and cleaning remain with us. Both options include use of the dance floor, lighting and sound system. The hall's dimmable lighting can be adjusted for daytime ceremonies and evening receptions.

Free council parking is available next door on Joy Avenue, and Bardwell Park is the nearest train station. Catering packages are available from 50 guests. The advertised starting price of $49 per person is based on at least 100 guests; smaller functions are quoted at a higher per-head rate.
