27Project offers a creative studio setting in Penrith for brand launches, workshops, photography, video production and podcast recording. The Content Studio is an open-plan space that the provider specifically offers for launch events and workshops, alongside its regular production bookings. Event arrangements are quoted separately from standard studio hire.

The Content Studio includes a 6 m × 5.5 m × 4 m corner cyclorama, concrete walls reaching 8 m, reflective epoxy flooring, a mirrored wall and ceiling, and two motorised backdrop systems with three colours each. An electric roller door supports equipment loading and vehicle access; vehicle entry carries an additional fee. Three-phase power and an included professional lighting kit support production work.

A separate, sound-treated Podcast Studio has a live switching room, four Shure microphones, three Sony cameras, a production console and adjustable lighting. Hire options range from equipment-only use to production support and edited audio and video delivery. Remote interviews can also be recorded.

Shared facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a kitchen with a fridge, microwave and coffee machine, bathrooms and a shower. The Content Studio also has a six-seat lounge, an 85-inch television and styling facilities with mirrors, a steamer and a clothing rack.
