18 Footers Bar, Restaurant & Cafe

Bring your birthday, family gathering, corporate drinks or farewell gathering to the waterfront at 18 Footers in Double Bay. Our harbour setting combines food and beverage arrangements with a choice of spaces for relaxed celebrations, milestone occasions and group meals.

For a cocktail-style occasion, the Lounge & Quarter Deck generally suits 20 to 50 guests, with larger groups considered at our discretion. The restaurant offers a fully serviced dining setting for smaller seated celebrations and family lunches; set menus may apply to larger bookings. Our semi-private Alf Beashel Room accommodates approximately 15 to 32 guests and also suits meetings, lunches and workshops. Its adaptable tables, large TV and private bar service available by arrangement help you tailor the occasion.

Private function bookings are for Club members and their guests. A current member must take responsibility for the booking and remain present throughout the function. New members can discuss membership as part of the enquiry process. Availability and management approval are required before any booking is confirmed.

Standard function sessions are in the afternoon or evening, and sailing-season exclusion periods may apply from October to March, including most Sundays. Discuss beverage packages, bar tabs or guest-paid drinks with our team. Catering requirements, deposits, staffing fees and cancellation conditions depend on your arrangement; where food is required, it must usually cover at least 70% of the guest count. We will help you select a suitable space and confirm the details for your event.
